Research on the Mechanism of Urban Land Price Pre-evaluation and Database Construction
With the increasing changes in market dynamics,traditional land price evaluation methods are facing new challenges and limitations in forward-looking prediction.In order to explore innovative mechanisms for urban land price pre evaluation,this article constructs an urban land price database and pre-evaluation system based on Guangzhou data samples,and combines GIS and market data analysis technology to predict the trends of land price,aiming to provide a medium and long-term convenient land price prediction method for land acquisition,storage,and transfer,and provide scientific data and technical support for the decision-making of land management departments.Research shows that the land price pre-evaluation mechanism is feasible and accurate,and the database can provide convenient and efficient data support.
