本文面向工业制造中的电动机、变压器、生产机床、配电设备、照明设备等电气设备的故障预测与维修,利用Hadoop分布式继承软件架构、MapReduce编程模型、HDFS(Hadoop Distributed File System)分布式文件存储、Hbase关系型数据库、API消息传输接口等组件,建构可功能拓展的分布式电气设备监测管理系统,使用SOM网络自组织映射算法对传感器监测到的电气设备状态值作出聚类分析,进而保障工控网络电气设备故障维修的智能化、高效化管理.
Predictive Analysis of Electrical Equipment Maintenance Based on Artificial Intelligence
This article focuses on fault prediction and maintenance of electrical equipment such as electric motors,transformers,production machine tools,distribution equipment,lighting equipment,etc.for industrial manufacturing in enterprises,a functional expandable distributed electrical equipment monitoring and management system is constructed using Hadoop distributed inheritance software architecture,MapReduce programming model,HDFS(Hadoop Distributed File System)distributed file storage,Hbase relational database,API message transmission interface and other components.The SOM network self-organizing mapping algorithm is used to cluster and analyze the status values of electrical equipment monitored by sensors,thereby ensuring intelligent and efficient management of electrical equipment fault maintenance in industrial control networks.
