在热力供暖行业中,巡检机器人成为新的运维主力,支撑着我国北方冬季供暖的有效开展.供热场站巡检机器人需要从技术、材料、智能性三方面进行有效升级,不断提高自身的行动能力、定位导航能力、监测反馈能力、边缘计算能力、环境适应能力和人机交互能力,才能真正替代人工,全面负责巡检任务.本文着重研究具有边缘计算能力的智能巡检机器人,并将其应用于供热站燃气锅炉房场区巡检.
Design and Development of Intelligent Inspection Robot System for Heating Station Based on Edge Computing
In the heating industry,inspection robots have become the new main force in operation and maintenance,supporting the effective development of winter heating in northern China.The heat supply station patrol robot needs to be effectively upgraded from three aspects of technology,materials and intelligence,and constantly improve its own mobility,positioning and navigation capabilities,monitoring and feedback capabilities,edge computing capabilities,environmental adaptability and human-computer interaction capabilities,so that it can truly replace workers and be fully responsible for patrol tasks.This paper focuses on the research of intelligent inspection robot with edge computing ability,and applies it to the inspection of gas boiler room in heating station.
