Research and Exploration of Expert Behavior Intelligent Analysis System in the Field of Public Resource Trading
Bid evaluation experts are the"examiners"in the process of public resources trading,and the fairness of their scoring directly affects the fairness of bid evaluation results.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the bidding evaluation process of experts at the present stage,and combines the development of artificial intelligence methods such as face recognition and behavior analysis,and proposes a new system application scheme for expert behavior analysis and supervision based on relevant intelligent technologies.
