Design and Development of Digital Twin System for Waste Heat Utilization in Garbage Incineration Power Plants
Centralized heating in northern cities is a very important municipal project.Integrating new digital and information technologies into traditional heating models,helping heating enterprises achieve efficient and environmentally friendly production and operation,promoting the upgrading and transformation of the heating industry,and realizing smart heating is an inevitable trend.This article provides a detailed introduction to the design and development of a waste heat utilization digital twin system for waste incineration power plants,which integrates digital twin technology,applies Internet of Things technology,and dynamic 3D visualization technology.The system achieves the goal of zero carbon heat source,ensuring clear visualization of thermal processes,integrated and intuitive display of heat source data,simulation and simulation of production scheduling,safe and reliable heating quality,and improved heating efficiency.This system has provided a good demonstration for the digital twin visualization of a heat source process in a heating network,laying a technical foundation for related enterprises to achieve the digital transformation from traditional heating to smart heating..
