一种应用于PCB图像的清晰度评价算法

在应用自动光学检测设备对印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)裸板图像进行捕获的过程中,手动调焦往往会存在主观上的误差干扰,为PCB裸板图像后期的缺陷检测识别与处理等工作带来一定的影响.针对上述场景中所存在的问题,本文提出一种应用于PCB裸板图像的清晰度评价算法,同时建立算法的数学模型并进行仿真验证.实验结果表明,与常见的传统清晰度评价函数算法相比,本文算法在运行效率方面具有一定的优势.
A Sharpness Evaluation Algorithm Applied to PCB Images
In the process of using automatic optical inspection equipment to capture images of bare printed circuit boards(PCBs),manual focusing often results in subjective error interference,which has a certain impact on the later defect detection,recognition,and processing of PCB bare board images.This paper proposes a clarity evaluation algorithm for PCB bare board images to address the issues in the above scenarios,and establishes a mathematical model for the algorithm and conducts simulation verification.The experimental results show that compared with common traditional clarity evaluation function algorithms,the algorithm proposed in this paper has certain advantages in terms of running efficiency.
