A Sharpness Evaluation Algorithm Applied to PCB Images
In the process of using automatic optical inspection equipment to capture images of bare printed circuit boards(PCBs),manual focusing often results in subjective error interference,which has a certain impact on the later defect detection,recognition,and processing of PCB bare board images.This paper proposes a clarity evaluation algorithm for PCB bare board images to address the issues in the above scenarios,and establishes a mathematical model for the algorithm and conducts simulation verification.The experimental results show that compared with common traditional clarity evaluation function algorithms,the algorithm proposed in this paper has certain advantages in terms of running efficiency.
