一种二苯乙烯类荧光染料的合成及其性能研究

摘要
以 4-氰基溴苄为原料,在二苯乙烯结构上引入吸电子氰基和供电子二甲氨基,合成了染料(E)-4-(4-(二甲基氨基)苯乙烯基)苯甲腈.对该染料进行了光学性质研究和理论计算,并将该染料应用于溶酶体中.结果表明:该染料具有明显的ICT效应,且在溶酶体中有良好的靶向作用.
Abstract
A dye,(E)-4-(4-(dimethylamino)styrene)benzonitrile,was synthesized from 4-cyanobenzyl bromide by introdu-cing electron-withdrawing group cyano and electron-donating group dimethylamino into stilbene.The photophysical properties and theo-retical calculations of the dye were studied,and the dye was applied to lysosomes.The results indicated that the dye has a significant ICT effect and has a good targeting effect in lysosomes.
