活性染料耐汗光色牢度的研究

本文考察了活性染料活性基结构、染料浓度及布面pH值对纯棉织物耐汗光复合色牢度的影响.结果表明:碱性汗液比酸性汗液对织物的耐汗光复合色牢度影响更大;随染料浓度的增加,织物的耐汗光复合色牢度有所提高;活性基结构是影响织物耐汗光复合色牢度最重要的因素,UF系列及翠兰HF-G等活性染料更加适合对汗光复合色牢度有要求的面料;布面pH值在 4.0~7.0 的范围内,织物的耐汗光复合色牢度无变化.
The effects of dye structure,dye concentration and fabric pH on the color fastness to the combination of perspiration and light of cotton fabrics were tested.The results showed that:alkaline perspiration has a greater effect on the color fastness of dyed fab-rics than acidic perspiration;with the increase of dye concentration,the color fastness of dyed fabrics was improved;the dye structure was the most important factor on the color fastness of dyed fabrics;reactive dyes such as UF series and Turquoise HF-G were more suitable for fabrics which had requirements on color fastness to the combination of perspiration and light;when the fabric pH value in the range of 4.0~7.0,the color fastness of dyed fabrics to the combination of perspiration and light has no change.
