Condensation of 2,6-Dichloro-4-Methyl-3-Cyanopyridine and Aniline
The effect of different initial mass fractions of aniline on the reaction was investigated by a condensation reaction of 3-cyano-2,6-dichloro-4-methylpyridine and aniline with solvent DMF.The results showed that when the initial mass fraction of aniline was in the range of 30%~100%,the reaction could be regarded as a first-order reaction related to the conversion rate of 3-cyano-2,6-dichlo-ro-4-methylpyridine(1-α).As the DMF content increased and the initial mass fraction of aniline decreased, the reaction rate in-creased,the yield and purity of product increased.
