摘要
对以 4-硝基苯甲酸为原料,合成 4-硝基苯甲酸甲酯的生产路线进行了工艺优化.考察了催化剂、溶剂、温度、母液套用次数对反应的影响.优化的工艺条件为:发烟硫酸为催化剂,碳酸二甲酯为溶剂,回流温度反应10 h,母液套用 5 次,在此条件下,收率可达到 94.7%.
Abstract
The production route for synthesizing 4-nitrobenzoic acid methyl ester from 4-nitrobenzoic acid was optimized.The effects of catalyst,solvent,temperature and recycling times of mother liquor on the reaction were investigated.The optimum conditions as fol-lows:oleum as catalyst,dimethyl carbonate as solvent,reacted at reflux temperature for 10 h,and mother liquor recycled 5 times.Under these conditions,the yield could reach up to 94.7%.
