本文对阳离子黄X-5GL合成工艺进行了优化.以产品纯度、强度以及色光为指标,采用单因素分析的方法分析了重氮反应体系硫酸含量、偶合反应温度、母体转晶温度以及盐析pH对染料的影响,得到了该染料的最佳制备工艺:重氮反应体系硫酸含量 9%,偶合反应温度 0℃,母体转晶温度 40℃,盐析pH为 5,在此条件下得到的阳离子黄X-5GL母体纯度 98.94%,强度 670%,色光为近似,绿 0.05.
Optimization of the Synthesis Process of Cationic Yellow X-5GL
The synthesis process of Cationic Yellow X-5GL was optimized.Based on product purity(HPLC),relative strength and shade of the dye,the effect of sulfuric acid content in diazotization reaction,coupling reaction temperature,temperature of dye crystal-line forms,and pH of salting out on the dye was analyzed by single factor experiments.The optimal preparation process for the dye was obtained as follows:sulfuric acid content in the diazotization reaction was 9%,coupling reaction temperature was 0℃,temperature of dye crystalline forms was 40℃,and pH of salting out was 5.In the conditions,the purity of the Cationic Yellow X-5GL was 98.94%,strength was 670%,and the shade was from no difference to a value of green 0.05.
