三苯胺类荧光染料的合成及性能研究

摘要
本文以三苯胺为母体,合成了一支新的荧光染料F(N,N-二[4-[(4-氰基)苯乙烯基]苯基]-苯胺).该染料以三苯胺为供电子基团,以对氰基苯乙烯片段为吸电子基团,具有明亮的荧光.在本文中对染料F进行了基础光物理性质的研究,实验结果显示其具有明显的溶剂化效应,随着溶剂极性增大发射波长明显红移.通过理论计算进一步了解染料F的性质,并探究了染料F在细胞成像中的应用.
Abstract
A novel fluorescent dye(Dye F),N,N-bis[4-[(4-cyano)styryl]phenyl]-aniline,was synthesized from triphenyl-amines.The dye has bright fluorescence with triphenylamine as electron-donor group and p-cyano-styrene group as electron-acceptor group.Basic photophysical properties of the dye were studied.The experimental results showed that Dye F has obvious solvation effect,and the emission wavelength was obviously redshifted with the increase of solvent polarity.The structure of Dye F was further studied by theoretical calculation,and the application of Dye F in cell imaging was explored.
