摘要
本文采用分离膜和离子交换树脂去除活性染料中盐分,盐去除率高达 99.76%,产生含盐废水较只用膜法减少 40.95%,染料总损失率由 7.50%降到 3.12%,最终制得 30%含量的无盐活性染料色浆(溶液),可用于配制高品质数码纺织喷墨印花品墨水.
Abstract
A reactive dye(C.I.Reactive Red 279)was desalted by separation membranes and ion exchange resins.The removal rate of salt of the process was 99.76%;wastewater reduced 40.95%compared to the membrane-alone method,and a total dye loss de-creased from 7.50%to 3.12%.A 30%salt-free reactive dye paste(solution)was obtained which could be used to prepare high-quality digital textile inkjet printing ink.
