本文分析了浅三原色系、中深三原色系及辅助色系分散染料的染色提升性、色牢度及上染速率曲线.结果表明:浅三原色系分散染料,红AQ-LE、黄AQ-LE、蓝AQ-LE的最佳使用量为 0.5%以下;中深色三原色系分散染料,深红XFN、嫩黄XFN、黄棕XFN的最佳使用量为3%以下,藏青XFN-R的最佳使用量为5%以下,金黄XFN的最佳使用量为 2%以下;辅色系分散染料,翠蓝XFN、黑XFN-RSD的最佳使用量为 5%以下,艳蓝XFN的最佳使用量为 2%以下.为保证染色的均匀性,浅三原色系分散染料的控温范围主要为 60~100℃;其余染料的控温范围主要为 110~130℃.
Optimization for Dyeing Process of Disperse Dyes
The build-up properties,color fastness and the dyeing rate curve of different disperse dye systems were studied,including light trichromatic system,medium-dark trichromatic system and auxiliary color system.The results showed that:the optimal dosage of light trichromatic system was less than 0.5%for Red AQ-LE,Yellow AQ-LE and Blue AQ-LE;the optimal dosage of medium-dark tri-chromatic system were less than 3%for Deep Red XFN,Brilliant Yellow XFN and Yellow-Brown XFN,less than 5%for Navy XFN-R,less than 2%for Golden Yellow XFN;the optimal dosage of auxiliary color system were less than 5%for Turquoise XFN,Black XFN-RSD,less than 2%for Cyanine XFN.In order to ensure the level-dyeing property,the temperature-control range of the light tri-chromatic system was 60~100℃;the temperature-control range of the rest dyes was 110~130℃.
