活性蓝M-2GE替代品的浸染染色工艺研究

本文采用浸染染色工艺,将活性蓝M-2GE替代品用于纯棉织物的染色,考察了碳酸钠和硫酸钠用量、固色时间、吸色时间、固色温度、浴比等因素对染色的吸色率和固色率的影响.结果表明:在硫酸钠用量 90 g/L,碳酸钠用量 30 g/L,固色时间60 min,吸色时间10 min,固色温度为70℃时,活性蓝M-2GE替代品在棉织物上的固色率可达 86%.浴比对该支染料的吸色率和固色率的影响较小,浸染染色时,浴比可低至 1∶6,能够极大地降低用水量和能耗.
Study on Exhaust Dyeing of Substitute of Reactive Blue M-2GE
A substitute of Reactive Blue M-2GE was used to dye cotton fabric by exhaust dyeing.The effects of sodium sulfate dos-age,sodium carbonate dosage,fixation time,absorption time,fixation temperature and liquor ratio on dyeing exhaustion and fixation were investigated in detail.The results showed that when the dosage of sodium sulfate was 90 g/L,the dosage of sodium carbonate was 30 g/L,the fixation time was 60 min,the absorption time was 10 min and the dyeing temperature was 70℃,the fixation of the sub-stitute(Reactive Blue M-2GE-1)on cotton fabric reached 86%.The liquor ratio had little effect on the exhaustion and fixation of the dye.The liquor ratio could be as low as 1∶6 for exhaust dyeing process of Reactive Blue M-2GE-1,which could greatly reduce water consumption and energy consumption.
