C.I.活性蓝224的冷轧堆染色工艺研究

为了降低染色过程中的能耗,本文采用冷轧堆染色工艺,将C.I.活性蓝 224 用于纯棉织物的染色,考察了冷轧堆工艺中不同混合碱体系(氢氧化钠和碳酸钠混合碱体系以及氢氧化钠和硅酸钠混合碱体系)中碱用量和堆置时间对染料固色率的影响.结果表明:在氢氧化钠和碳酸钠混合碱体系中,当氢氧化钠用量为 10 mL/L、碳酸钠用量为 20 g/L以及堆置时间为 10 h时,C.I.活性蓝 224 在棉织物上的固色率最高,达到 91.6%.在氢氧化钠和硅酸钠混合碱体系中,最佳的工艺条件为:氢氧化钠 15 mL/L,硅酸钠 30 mL/L以及堆置时间为 12 h,此时C.I.活性蓝 224 在棉织物上的固色率为 95.5%.
Study on Cold Pad-Batch Dyeing of C.I.Reactive Blue 224
In order to reduce the energy consumption in the dyeing process,the cold pad-batch dyeing technique was used for C.I.Reactive Blue 224 to dye cotton fabric.The effects of alkali dosage and batching time on dye fixation in different mixed alkali sys-tems(sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate mixed alkali system,and sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate mixed alkali system)in cold pad-batch process were investigated.The results showed that in the mixed alkali system of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbon-ate,when the amount of sodium hydroxide was 10 mL/L,the amount of sodium carbonate was 20 g/L and the batching time was 10 h,C.I.Reactive Blue 224 had the highest fixation of 91.6%on cotton fabric.In the mixed alkali system of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate,the optimum condition was as follows:sodium hydroxide was 15 mL/L,sodium silicate was 30 mL/L and batching time was 12 h.At this condition,the fixation of C.I.Reactive Blue 224 on cotton fabric could reach 95.5%.
