本文合成了一支显影剂中间体,2-[乙基(3-甲基-4-亚硝基苯基)氨基]乙醇,对其进行了结构表征和工艺研究,得出最佳工艺:使用盐酸酸化原料后,使用原料 95%摩尔量的亚硝酸钠对原料进行亚硝化,然后用氨水中和后,用二氯甲烷萃取除去水层并水洗,最后常压蒸馏脱溶,得到目标产物.本文研究内容为CD-4 显影剂的工业化奠定了基础.
Synthesis of 2-[Ethyl(3-Methyl-4-Nitrosophenyl)Amino]Ethanol
A CD-4 developer intermediate,2-[ethyl(3-methyl-4-nitrosophenyl)amino]ethanol,was synthesized;its structure was characterized and the synthesis process was studied.The optimum process was obtained:After acidifying the raw materials with hydro-chloric acid,the raw materials were nitrosified with 95%molar amount of sodium nitrite,and then neutralized with ammonia,the wa-ter layer was removed by dichloromethane extraction and washed,and finally the target product was obtained by atmospheric distillation and dissolving.The research lays a foundation for the industrialization of CD-4 developing agent.
