本实验建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定七氟丁酰氯含量的方法.采用HILIC C18(100×3.0,3.5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-5 mmol/L的醋酸铵-甲酸水溶液为流动相进行等度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速为0.5 mL/min,雾化器温度为90℃,漂移管温度为80℃,氮气流速1.0 mL/min.该方法对七氟丁酰氯的检出限为3 μg/mL,定量限为 10 μg/mL,重复性和精密度均小于 2%,在 10~500 μg/mL浓度范围内,七氟丁酰氯峰面积的对数与相应浓度的对数呈良好线性关系(R2>0.999).该方法简便、重现性好,能够准确测定七氟丁酰氯的含量.
Determination of Heptafluorobutyryl Chloride Content
A method for determination of heptafluorobutyryl chloride content by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering was established.The chromatographic column HILIC C18(100×3.0,3.5 μm)was used for equal degree elution with methanol-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate-formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and the col-umn temperature was 30℃.Evaporator and nebulizer temperature were set at 90℃and 80℃,respectively,and the gas flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The results showed the detection limit of heptafluorobutyryl chloride was 3 μg/mL and the quantitative limit was 10 μg/mL;the RSD of test on heptafluorobutyryl chloride repeatability and precision were both less than 2%,and the linear relationship of calibration curves for heptafluorobutyryl chloride was good(R2>0.999)in the mass concentration range of 10~500 μg/mL.A sim-ple,reproducible and reliable method was provided for the determination of heptafluorobutyryl chloride contents.
