设计并合成了结构新颖、用于数码分散色浆的分散剂,并探讨了其对黄色分散染料色浆性能的影响.结果表明,该分散体系下,色浆平均粒径D50达到120 nm以下,热储稳定性和过滤性能良好;与常规分散剂相比,该分散剂用量低,具有环保性和经济性;色浆粘度低于2 mPa·s,可满足多种墨水配伍需求.
Research on Disperse Dye Paste for Digital Printing
A dispersant with novel structure was designed and synthesized for digital dispersion color paste,and its effect on the dis-persion performance was discussed.The results showed that in this dispersion system,average particle size D50 of the color paste was below 120 nm,and the thermal storage stability and filtration performance were good.Compared with conventional dispersants,this dispersant was characterized by its low dosage,environmental friendliness,and economy.The viscosity of the color paste was less than 2 mPa·s,which could meet various ink compatibility requirements.
