半菁染料的一锅法合成及作为荧光探针的研究

摘要
针对无溶剂、三组份、"一锅法"制备半菁染料技术的推广应用,分别得到了一个新型乙烯基半菁染料及另一个苯乙烯基半菁染料,并利用正交试验法,确定了"一锅法"的最佳反应条件,产率60%左右.荧光光谱的研究结果表明,苯乙烯基半菁染料仅对铬酸根离子(CrO42-)敏感,且染料溶液颜色变化明显;而新型乙烯基半菁染料对多种金属离子(Fe2+、Fe3+、Cr2O72-、MnO4-)敏感,且发生荧光猝灭.研究结果暗示两种半菁染料均可作为监测环境中重金属离子存在的功能性材料.
Abstract
Based on popularization and application of synthesis process of One-Pot,solvent-free and three-component,a new vinyl hemicyanine dye and another styrene hemicyanine dye were synthesized.The optimal reaction conditions of the One-Pot method were determined by orthogonal test,the yield was up to 60%.The fluorescence spectra results of two dyes indicated that the stylenyl hemicy-anine dye was only sensitive to chromate ion(CrO42-),and the color of the dye solution was changed significantly;the vinyl hemicya-nine dye was sensitive to many metal ions(Fe2+、Fe3+、Cr2O72-、MnO4-),and the fluorescence quenching was observed.These re-sults implied that both hemicyanine dyes could be used as functional materials for monitoring the presence of heavy metal ions in the en-vironment.
