Effect of Calcium Chloride on Color and Color Fastness of Polyamide/Spandex Fabrics
The effects of different amounts of calcium chloride applied to different acid dyes on the color yield of polyamide/spandex were investigated. The optimal dyeing process of the experiment was as follows:levelling agent Intratex WRL 0.5 g/L,dyeing accel-erant calcium chloride 6 g/L,bath ratio 1∶10,pH 5.0(acetic acid regulation),holding 100 ℃ for 60 min.The experiment results showed that 4~6 g/L CaCl2 could bring a better darkening effect on the dye,and has little influence on the color light and color fastness of the dyed cloth.
