摘要
本文探讨了铂作为催化剂活性物,在不同条件下对环己烷脱氢产苯和氢气的转化率和选择性.结果表明,反应温度能够显著提高环己烷催化剂脱氢的转化率和选择性,在反应温度295℃、质量空速1.0h-1、反应压力50 kPa、催化剂铂含量为1.00%、反应时间30 min的条件下,环己烷脱氢产苯的转化率和选择性分别达97%和99%以上.该工艺可为芳香族染料中间体绿色合成提供参考.
Abstract
In different conditions,the conversion and selectivity of synthesizing benzene from cyclohexane by dehydrogenation with a catalyst that supported active substance platinum were studied.The results indicated that the reaction temperature could significantly improve the conversion rate and selectivity of the dehydrogenation.In optimum conditions:reaction temperature 295 ℃,weight hourly space velocity 1.0 h-1,reaction pressure 50 kPa,platinum content in catalyst 1.00%,reaction time 30 minutes,the conversion rate and selectivity of the reaction was 97%and 99%,respectively.This process could be a reference for the green synthesis of aromatic dye intermediates.
