采用高效液相色谱法对2-氨基-5,6/6,7-二氯苯并噻唑产品进行了有效成分及杂质含量的测定.色谱条件:使用C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)和紫外检测器,流动相为甲醇-1 g/L四甲基溴化铵水溶液(60∶0,v/v),流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温35 ℃,进样量为5 μL.结果表明,分析所用时间约25 min,有效成分、3,4-二氯苯基硫脲、3,4-二氯苯胺含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.063%、6.988%、5.567%.该方法操作简单、分析时间短、精密度良好,可用于产品的质量控制.
Determination of 2-Amino-5,6/6,7-Dichlorobenzothiazole
A method for determination the effective ingredients and impurity content of 2-Amino-5,6/6,7-dichlorobenzothiazolewas analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.Chromatographic conditions:C18 chromatography column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)and UV detector were used.The mobile phase was methanol-1 g/L tetramethylammonium bromide aqueous solution(60∶40,v/v),with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,detection wavelength of 230 nm,column temperature of 35 ℃,and injection volume of 5 μL.The results showed that the analysis took about 25 minutes,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the active ingredients,3,4-dichlorophenylthiourea,and 3,4-dichloroaniline content were 0.063%,6.988%,and 5.567%,respectively.This method is easy to operate,has a short analysis time,and good precision,and can be used for product quality control.
