ICP-MS测定2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺中的重金属

通过微波消解的方法对2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺进行前处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对含有13种重金属的样品进行定量分析.13种元素的检出限为0.001-0.187 μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2%,样品金属加标回收率为96.08%-112.00%.结果表明,本方法具有可行性,可为2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺中的金属含量的分析提供一定参考.
Determination of Heavy Metals in 2,6-Dichloro-4-Nitroaniline by ICP-MS
2,6-Dichloro-4-nitroaniline was pretreated by microwave digestion,and 13 heavy metals in the samples were quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The limit of detection was in the range of 0.001~0.187 μg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 2%,and the recovery rate was 96.08%~112.00%.The results showed that the method was feasible and could be a reference for the analysis of heavy metal contents in 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline.
