本文简单介绍了海水淡化的现状,指出了目前存在的问题,重点探讨了在无动力海水淡化工艺中,以酰胺类改性渗透膜作为核心材料,在不同条件下对海水淡化过程中离子截留率和膜通量的影响.结果表明,海水淡化过程中膜两侧循环量提升,能够显著提高改性渗透膜的膜通量,在运行温度20 ℃、循环量120 L/h、运行时间1 h、运行压力0.3 MPa的条件下,改性渗透膜的离子截留率达99.4%,膜通量达20.1 L/(m2×h).改性渗透膜用于无动力海水淡化的工艺可为海水连续、高效淡化提供相关参考.
New Desalination Process of Seawater for Coastal Dyeing Enterprises
Present state of seawater desalination was introduced and problems of seawater desalination were pointed out.In different conditions,the effects of ion rejection rate and membrane flux in nonpower seawater desalination process were studied with an amide-modified permeable membrane as the core material.The results showed that the membrane flux on both sides of the membrane could be significantly improved by increasing the circulation volume during seawater desalination process.In the conditions of temperature 20℃,circulation volume 120 L/h,operating time 1 h and operating pressure 0.3 MPa,the ion rejection rate of the modified osmotic membrane was 99.4%,and the membrane flux was 20.1 L/(m2×h).The new process of seawater desalination using modified osmot-ic membrane without external power could be a reference for continuous and efficient desalination of seawater.
