摘要
为了适应抗日根据地对敌斗争形势的需要,华北抗日根据地的中共党组织和民主政府十分重视村干部教育工作,通过开办干部训练班和开展冬学教育等形式,大力开展村干部教育.这从思想上、文化上培养和训练了大批村干部,提高了他们的政治觉悟、政策水平和工作能力,促进了工作作风的转变,对在残酷的战争环境下坚持抗日斗争起到了十分重要的作用.
Abstract
To meet the needs of the struggle against the enemy in the resistance base area,the CPC organizations and the democratic government in the Resistance Base Area of North China attached great importance to the education of village cadres,and promoted the education of village cadres through the establishment of training classes and winter schools.A large number of village cadres were thus trained in ideological and cultural aspects.This not only enhances their political consciousness,the understanding of policy and service ability,but also promotes a change in their work style,all of which played a significant role in sustaining the resistance against Japanese aggression in the harsh war environment.
