摘要
全面抗战时期,特别是1940-1945年间,各地民众及团体曾多次组织代表团,向毛泽东、朱德、林伯渠等中共领导人、陕甘宁边区政府和各根据地机关及八路军等抗战将士献旗.献旗成为中共在遭受日军大规模"扫荡"以及国民党军事与经济封锁的困难时期的一种特殊象征性行为.它不仅是民众对中共领导抗战、坚持抗战的衷心赞誉与肯定,也是民众坚定支持中共方针政策、拥护其领导的体现,更是党政军民团结一致、共克时艰、迎接抗战胜利的重要标志.借助献旗仪式,中共适时开展了表彰劳动模范、组织大生产、宣传拥军爱民等活动.这些活动支持了敌后抗日根据地的经济发展,增强了社会动员能力,对获得民众支持和争取抗战胜利起到了积极作用.
Abstract
During the full-scale war of resistance against Japanese invasion,especially between 1940 to 1945,delegations from the populace and local communities presented flags to the government of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Areas and CPC leaders such as Mao Zedong,Zhu De,Lin Boqu and generals as well as soldiers of the Eighth Route Army and the authorities of various base areas.To present flags had become a certain symbolic ceremony for the CPC in the difficult period when faced with military and economic blockades by the Kuomintang and mopping-up operations by the Japanese army.It is not only a sincere recognition of leadership of the CPC and its persistence in the War of Resistance,but also an embodiment of firm support for the Party's wartime policies by the populace.It is also an important sign of the unity among the Party,the government,the army and the people in overcoming difficulties and achieving victory in the War of Resistance.Through the ceremony of presenting flags,the Communist Party of China took appropriate measures to encourage model workers,organize production activities and publicize the concept of supporting the army and loving the people.To a certain extent,these activities supported the economic development of the border areas and the base areas,enhanced the effect of social mobilization and publicity,and played a positive role in obtaining the extensive public support for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.
