日本对外援助中企业与非政府组织合作模式研究

摘要
企业与非政府组织的合作参与,是日本对外援助中的一个重要特征.经过对外援助不同发展阶段的历史沿革,企业和非政府组织之间形成了包括资产协力型、社会贡献型、社会责任型、创造共享价值型在内的多种合作模式.企业和非政府组织在日本的对外援助中扮演着重要角色,而二者合作模式未来可能产生的变化对日本对外援助事务发展具有重要影响.中国对外援助可以借鉴日本的经验,提高企业社会责任意识,推动社会组织与多元主体协作,以促进中国对外援助事务高质量发展.
Abstract
In Japan's foreign aid,the cooperation and participation of enterprises and NGOs is an important feature.Through the historical evolution of different stages of foreign aid,various cooperation models be-tween them have taken shape,including asset cooperation type,social contribution type,social responsi-bility type,and CSV type.Enterprises and NGOs play an important role in Japan's foreign aid,and the potential changes in the cooperation model between them have a significant impact on the development of Japan's foreign aid affairs in the future.China's foreign aid can learn from Japan's experience,enhance corporate social responsibility awareness,and promote collaboration between social organizations and di-verse entities,in order to promote high-quality development of China's foreign aid affairs.
