While inheriting the ruling line of the Abe cabinet,Fumio Kishida has shown a more radical side in terms of national security strategy and maritime security strategy.The Kishida Cabinet's comprehensive maritime security strategy is closely integrated with the new version of the national security strategy,which regards strengthening maritime military capabilities as an important measure to achieve Japan's maritime security.In addition,the importance of economic security in strengthening marine security has been greatly increased,and the economic security strategy has been used as a systematic support to enrich marine technology research and development,to implement and cultivate marine science and technology.On this basis,Japan is trying to establish a highly cohesive maritime military security community led by Japan through various means such as establishing military assistance programs for foreign countries.The Kishida Cabinet's comprehensive maritime security strategy will have a negative impact on the regional maritime security situation,maritime economic and industrial cooperation and ocean governance.Maritime development should not become a competition ground for any country to provoke military preparations for war.We should work together to create a sea of peace,friendship and cooperation.
