摘要
从台海外部环境看,长期阻止两岸"和平统一、一国两制"进程的两大外部因素是来自美国与日本的战略干扰.现阶段,日本在积极配合美国对华"遏压"的过程中,也倾向于将介入台湾问题与推动"印太战略"相挂钩,如将中国大陆在台湾问题的原则立场和相关行为渲染为对台湾的"威胁",意图在话语设定上紧抓"和平"主导权的同时,加大在外交、经济、军事等领域介入台湾问题的力度.日本此举直接导致关乎中日关系政治基础的一个中国原则遭到掏空与虚化.对此,中国一方面应围绕台湾问题与日方划定红线,另一方面坚持推动日方与中方相向而行——重新确认全面推进战略互惠关系的政治定位,构建契合新时代要求的建设性、稳定性的双边关系.
Abstract
In terms of the external environment of the Taiwan Strait,the two major external factors that have long prevented the process of"one country,two systems,peaceful reunification"between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are the strategic interference from the United States and Japan.At this stage,Japan,in the process of actively cooperating with the United States in"curbing pressure"on China,also tends to link its involvement in the Taiwan issue with the promotion of the"Indo-Pacific Strategy",such as rendering mainland China's principled position on the Taiwan issue and related behaviors as a"threat"to Taiwan,with the intention of tightening its grip on the dominant right to"peace"in terms of discourse setting while increasing its efforts in the diplomatic,economic,military and other fields.Japan's move has directly led to the hollowing out and deflation of the"one China"principle,which is the political foundation of Sino-Japanese relations.In this regard,China should,on the one hand,draw a red line with Japan on the Taiwan issue,on the other hand,insist on pushing the Japanese side to move in the same direction as the Chinese side-reconfirming the political positioning of comprehensively advancing the strategic reciprocal relationship,and building a constructive and stable bilateral relationship that meets the requirements of the new era.
