摘要
生态文明建设是人类生存的基础性建设,在生态文明建设中自然保护地建设是重中之重.在自然保护地中实施重点生态区位商品林赎买项目,为解决保护与发展的矛盾开辟了一条崭新路径,也是贵州省实施赎买项目的创新之举.以大沙河保护区为例,对自然保护地实施赎买进行了归纳分析,系统阐述了自然保护地实施赎买的模式与对象、赎买意义、赎买情况、赎买成效,为以后形成"贵州经验"打下了坚实的基础.
Abstract
The construction of ecological civilization is the basic construction of human survival.In the con-struction of ecological civilization,the construction of natural reserves is the top priority.The implementation of the redemption project of commercial forests in key ecological locations in the natural reserves has opened up a new path to solve the contradiction between protection and development.It is also an innovation of the redemp-tion project in Guizhou Province.Taking Dashahe Nature Reserve as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the implementation of ransom in nature reserves,systematically expounds the mode and object,signifi-cance,situation and effectiveness of ransom in nature reserves.Laying a solid foundation for the formation of"Guizhou experience"in the future.
