Effects of Different Cultivation Modes on Yield and Quality of Dendrobium Officinale Kimura et Migo
Dendrobium officinale is a unique and valuable medicinal plant in China, which plays an important role in regional economy. The selection of cultivation mode is quite important for the yield and the quality of Dendrobium officinale. In this study, the growth and quality indexes of Dendrobium officinale were determined by using greenhouse bed planting and three kinds of under-forest cultivation modes, and evaluated by member-ship function method. The results showed that:Greenhouse bed planting had the best effect on the elongation growth of Dendrobium officinale, and under-forest epiphytic cultivation significantly increase the yield of Den-drobium officinale.Compared with greenhouse bed cultivation, the contents of crude fiber, alkaloids, total flavonoids and protein in Dendrobium officinale were significantly increased by under-story attachments culti-vation.Among the four cultivation modes implemented in this study,under-story attachments cultivation was the best, and the effect of bed planting under forest was the worst.
