不同种源白兰叶和花挥发油的化学成分研究

为开发利用白兰植物资源,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广东、广西两个种源白兰叶和花挥发油,并通过气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)分析其挥发油成分及含量.结果表明,白兰花挥发油得油率高于叶片;不同种源白兰叶和花的挥发油成分和含量存在差异.广东白兰叶和花挥发油成分分别鉴定出40种和45种;广西白兰叶和花挥发油成分分别鉴定出39种和48种.芳樟醇为广东白兰叶、花和广西白兰花的最主要组成成分,均占50%以上;烷烃类物质为广西白兰叶的最主要化学成分,占55.15%.主成分分析结果表明,白兰叶和花挥发性物质间相互作用相互影响.
tudies on Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil from Leaves and Flowers of Michelia alba from Different Provenances
In order to develop and utilize the plant resources of Michelia alba,,he volatile oil from the leaves and flowers of two provenances was extracted by steam distillation technique,and its components and contents were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the yield of essential oil was higher in the leaves than in the leaves,and the components and contents of volatile oil were different in the leaves and flowers of different provenances.40 compounds and 45 compounds were identified from the leaves and flowers in Guangdong,39 and 48 compounds were identified from the leaves and flowers in Guangxi,respectively.Linalool was the most important component in the leaves and flowers in Guangdong and the flowers in Guangxi,accounting for more than 50%.However,alkane was the most important chemical component in the leaves of Guangxi,accounting for 55.15%.The results of principal component analysis showed that the interaction and mutual influence of multiple volatiles.
