半红树小草海桐的扦插繁育技术

小草海桐为半红树蔓性小灌木,与草海桐(Scaevola taccada)相比,具有更紧凑的景观效果和较强的开发应用价值,目前面临灭绝的风险,且其繁育技术尚未见报道.文章总结了小草海桐扦插繁育的插穗制备及处理、育苗基质及苗期管理等技术要点,为保护小草海桐及为其他珍稀易危半红树植物的繁育研究提供参考.
Cuttage Breeding Technologies of Semi-mangrove Scaevola hainanensison
Comparing with Scaevola taccada,Scaevola hainanensis is a small vine shrub in the semi-mangrove plants.It has more compact landscape effects and stronger development and application value.However,it is at risk of extinction at present,and its breeding technology has not been reported.This paper explored and summa-rized the key technical points of cuttings preparation and treatment,seedling substrate,cutting breeding and seedling management,etc.,providing references for the protection of germplasm resources of Scaevola haina-nensis,as well as for breeding research of other rare and vulnerable semi-mangrove plants.
