为保障海南油茶产业发展三年行动用苗,文章调查分析海南油茶种苗培育成本和各市县对海南油茶意向价格,分析其生产中存在的问题,对海南油茶种苗生产提出加大培育补贴力度、确保种苗质量安全、加强种苗审定工作和科技力量的投入、成立专业油茶嫁接团队等相应对策和建议.
Abstract
In order to ensure the development of Camellia oleifera industry in Hainan province for three years,this paper investigated and analyzed the breeding cost of Camellia oleifera seedlings and the intention price of cities,and analyzed the problems in its production,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as increasing the cultivation subsidy,ensuring the quality and safety of the seedlings,strengthening the verification of the seedlings and the investment of science and technology,and setting up a professional grafting team.
