摘要
文中通过机构设置、人员队伍、基础建设、职能发挥、管理护林员五个方面阐述了广东省乡镇林业工作站能力建设的现状,从机构职能、基础投入、人员配备、经费保障四个角度分析了广东省乡镇林业工作站能力建设存在的问题,并结合当前全面推行林长制工作背景,提出广东省乡镇林业工作站能力建设的发展对策.
Abstract
This paper elaborated on the current status of capacity building in the township forestry workstations of Guangdong Province through five aspects:institutional establishment,personnel team,infrastructure con-struction,functional performance,and management of forest rangers.It analyzed the existing issues in the ca-pacity building of township forestry workstations in Guangdong Province from four perspectives:institutional functions,basic investments,personnel allocation,and financial support.Furthermore,in the context of the comprehensive implementation of the forest chief system,this paper proposes development strategies for en-hancing the capacity building of township forestry workstations in Guangdong Province.
