Evaluation of Forest Health and Wellness Base Facilities in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park——Taking the Diaoluo Mountain area as an example
The study focused on three fores;health and wellness bases--Diaoluo Mountain Resort,Diaoluo Mountain Style Town,and Haojing Riverside Homestay--in the Diaoluo Mountain Area of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park.Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)were used to evaluate the infrastructure and service facilities.The results indicated that tourists were generally satisfied with the facilities of these three forest health and wellness bases.However,there were also the following related problems:(1)Lack of systematic planning and scientific guidance.(2)Lack of type design for forest health and wellness project.(3)Poor quality of forest health and wellness facilities.For the listed problems,the following countermeasures and suggestions were proposed:(1)Building a unified institutional mechanism.(2)Creating distinctive forest health and wellness products.(3)Improving forest health and wellness facilities.The results provide reference conditions for the construction of forest health and wellness bases in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park.
