Study on Self-fertilization Rate and Aseptic Sowing of Dendrobium hainanense
In this paper, the effects of artificial pollination on seed setting rate, sterile disinfection, and germi-nation rate of seeding medium were discussed by comparing treatments of pollination periods and pollination methods of artificially self-pollinated Dendrobium hainanense wild species, and the seeds obtained were sown and propagated under aseptic conditions after disinfection. The results showed that:(1)There were differences in the seed setting rate of D.Hainanense between different self-inbred methods while the number ranged from 0% to 76.67% .The self-fertilization rate was related to the flowering time of the parents but irrelevant to the self-inbred time.(2)It was unnecessary for disinfection to rinse the pods with water, and the least polluted way was a 20-minute sanitization of 0.1% HgCl2.(3)The aseptic seeding medium with a higher germination rate was:1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+10% banana+0.5% carbon+10% sugar.
