以米蛾卵为寄主高效扩繁广赤眼蜂技术研究初报

在室内用米蛾卵接广赤眼蜂,研究了不同装置下不同接蜂时长广赤眼蜂寄生羽化情况.结果表明,在指形管中广赤眼蜂的寄生率明显大于其他装置.在指形管中用米蛾卵扩繁广赤眼蜂,最大繁殖倍数为 6;接蜂 1h与接蜂2h、4h、8h在寄生率、羽化率等方面均无显著差异.
Preliminary Study on High-efficient Propagation of Trichogramma evanescens by Corcyra cephalonica Egg
By inoculating Trichogramma evanescens into the eggs of Corcyra cephalonica in the laboratory,we studied the parasitism and eclosion rates of T.evanescens under different devices and inoculation times.The results showed that the parasitism rate of T.evanescens in the finger-shaped tube was significantly higher than in other devices,by which the maximum magnification was six times.There was no significant difference in par-asitism rate between 1-hour,2-hour,4-hour,and 8-hour inoculation,as well as eclosion rate.
