Experimental Study on Green Comprehensive Control Technology of Heortia vitessoides
The green comprehensive control technology experiment of Heortia vitessoides was carried out in the field by releasing Trichogramma evanescens during H.vitessoides egg stage and Hierodula petellifera during the larval stage. The experiment treatment was to release T.evanescens once per three days for three consecu-tive times in total, and to release the sixth instar nymph of H.petellifera once. The controlled treatment was to spray a 1000-fold dilution of 5% cypermethrin during H.vitessoides larval stage. After a four-month follow-up survey, the results showed that the average population density of H.vitessoides larvae treated with green com-prehensive control was 22.5 per plant, and the average leaf loss rate of Aquilaria sinensis trees was 8.75%,which was not significantly different from the controlled treatment with an average larvae population density of 17.5 and an average leaf loss rate of 5% .The green comprehensive control of H.vitessoides by releasing T.e-vanescens and H.petellifera is not different from spraying chemical agents on control effect, and can effectively reduce the utilization of pesticides and improve the diversity of insect species in the field.
