Performance Evaluation of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Policy in Qinghai Province Based on Grey Correlation Analysis
Based on the implementation status and effectiveness of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in Qinghai Province,this paper carried out the research on the performance evaluation of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in Qinghai Province,and the implementation performance analysis of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy was applyed the grey correlation theory on the three indicators of"economic benefit","social benefit"and"agricultural productivity"of the financial investment in 2014～2020.The results showed that the capital investment has the greatest impact on the productivity of agricultural mechanization in Qinghai Province during the implementation of the policy,with a weight value of 0.476 6,followed by social benefits of 0.269 1,and economic benefits of 0.254 3.It's suggested to further increase the subsidy for the purchase of agricultural machinery,expand the scope of subsidy,drive farmers to invest more funds to purchase agricultural machinery and equipment,at the same time enhance the social service capacity of agricultural mechanization,improve the use efficiency and benefits of agricultural machinery.
