基于脱钩模型的甘肃省能源消费和经济发展分析

摘要
选取甘肃省2005～2020年能源消费和地区生产总值等数据,建立能源消费与经济发展间的Tapio脱钩模型,分析甘肃省2005～2020年能源消费与经济发展的脱钩关系与程度.结果表明,2005～2020年甘肃省能源消费与经济发展呈现由弱脱钩向强脱钩转变,脱钩程度随时间推移逐步加强.甘肃省经济发展主要源动力由第二产业向第三产业、由传统能源向新能源转变.提出甘肃省应优化产业结构与能源消费结构,基于环境保护基础上进一步促进甘肃省经济发展.
Abstract
The Tapio decoupling model between energy consumption and economic development was established by selecting the data of energy consumption and gross regional product of Gansu Province from 2005 to 2020,and analyzes the relationship and degree of decoupling between economic development and energy consumption in Gansu Province from 2005 to 2020.The results show that from 2005 to 2020,the economic development and energy consumption in Gansu province show a trend from'weak decoupling'to'strong decoupling',and the decoupling degree gradually strengthens with time.The main source of economic development in Gansu Province has shifted from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry,and from the traditional energy to the new energy.Therefore,Gansu province should optimize the industrial structure,energy consumption structure and further promote the economic development of Gansu province on the basis of environmental protection.
