Research on the Influence of Public Service Satisfaction on Rural Residents'Sense of Gain
Based on OLS regression model,this paper discussed the effect of public service satisfaction on rural residents'sense of gain,and analyzed its income heterogeneity and influence path.The research found that:(1)There was a positive correlation between public service satisfaction and rural residents'sense of gain.(2)Public service satisfaction had different effects on the sense of gain of different rural income groups.(3)As a moderating variable,the moderating effect of perceived social justice on the impact of public service satisfaction on rural residents'sense of gain had been partially tested.Therefore,it's necessary to continuously improve the satisfaction of public services guided by the needs of rural residents,improve the rural residents'sense of gain based on the satisfaction of public services should based on to improve the rural residents'sense of gain,and enhance the rural residents'sense of gain with the sense of social justice as the starting point.
