Effect of Combined Application of Green Manure and Chemical Fertilizer on Growth and Nutrient Absorption of Chili
By studying the effects of green manure with equal total nutrients and different ratios of chemical fertilizers on the growth and nutrient absorption of chili,to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient application of green manure and chemical fertilizer in practical production. The experiment was conducted on'American Red'pepper, with seven treatments:such as no fertilization(CK),Single application of green manure(G),Single application of chemical fertilizer(NPK),Green manure +20%chemical fertilizer(G+20%NPK),Green manure +25%chemical fertilizer(G+25%NPK),Green manure + 30%chemical fertilizer(G+30%NPK),Green manure +35%chemical fertilizer(G+35%NPK).The growth characteristics, plant nutrient content and soil physicochemical properties of"American Red"pepper were determined by pot experiment. The combined application of green manure and different proportions of chemical fertilizers reduced the soil bulk density to a certain extent, and both increased the growth of chili plants and the content of soil nutrients. The nutrient content of G+25%NPK treatment was significantly higher than that of other fertilization treatments, and the hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium increased by 55.02%,26.90%and 23.37%respectively compared with NPK treatment, which enhanced the soil fertility.Therefore,G+25%NPK is the best green fertilizer ratio.
