Effects of iron,Manganese, and zinc on Antioxidant Enzymes,Yield, and Quality of Astragalus Membranaceus
To explore the effects of combined application of iron, manganese, and zinc on antioxidant enzymes, yield, and quality of Astragalus membranaceus,the"3414"experiment with three factors and four levels was used to measure and record the antioxidant enzyme activity, yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus. The 1000 fold solution of iron, manganese, and zinc fertilizers of 5 g/m2 each had the best effect on the antioxidant enzyme activity, chlorophyll content, yield, and quality of Astragalus membranaceus. The activities of catalase, peroxidase, and superoxide dismutase were the strongest,457.04 U/g,4 870.34 U/g,and 1 616.24 U/g,respectively;The maximum contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and endogenous carotene were 2.80 mg/g,24.61 mg/g,and 5.07 mg/g,respectively;The yield was 6 280.49 kg/hm2,with an increase rate of 64.63%;The minimum total ash content is 2.09%,while the maximum astragaloside A and Calyx isoflavone glucoside are 0.115 3%and 0.038 9%,respectively.The third highest extract content is 34.32%.The antioxidant enzyme activity, yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus treated with Fe-Mn-Zn were better than those of the control. The interaction of iron and manganese had the best effect on antioxidant enzymes, yield and quality;Applying zinc fertilizer alone had the best effect on antioxidant enzymes and yield and quality. The combined application of iron, manganese, and zinc can promote the antioxidant enzymes, yield, and quality of rice, but too high or too low fertilization concentration has different degrees of inhibition.
