摘要

为探究缓解党参连作障碍的措施,以连作党参为研究对象,采用不同土壤处理方式,分析不同土壤处理对党参根际土壤微生物的影响,研究党参连作障碍的缓解效应.结果表明,克克宝+菌益多联用处理的党参根际土壤AWCD值显著高于对照处理,Shannon多样性指数、均匀度指数、McIntosh指数均为最高,土壤各类碳源的利用能力也最优.表明克克宝+菌益多联用处理能显著提高连作党参根际土壤微生物多样性、微生物代谢能力及群落功能,平衡微生物群落结构,从而有效缓解党参的连作障碍.

Abstract

To explore the measures to alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle of codonopsis pilosula,the continuous cropping of codonopsis pilosula was taken as the research object,and different soil treatments were used to analyze the effects of different soil treatments on the rhizosphere soil microorganisms of codonopsis pilosula,the mitigation effect of continuous cropping obstacle of codonopsis pilosula was studied.The results showed that AWCD value of codonopsis pilosula rhizosphere soil treated with Kekebao + Junyiduo was significantly higher than CK.The Shannon diversity index,Evenness index and McIntosh index were the highest,and the utilization ability of various carbon sources in the soil was the best.The results showed that the combined treatment of Kekebao + Junyiduo could significantly improve the microbial diversity,microbial metabolic capacity and community function in the rhizosphere soil of continuous cropping codonopsis pilosula,balance the microbial community structure,effectively alleviating the continuous cropping obstacle of codonopsis pilosula.
