不同杀青干燥处理对兰州百合质量的影响

以不同杀青干燥处理后兰州百合的外观品质和主要质量指标为依据,研究适宜的杀青干燥方式.分别采用沸水、110、120℃杀青处理后60℃烘干,冷浸法提取浸出物,HPLC测定王百合苷A含量,紫外分光光度法测定百合多糖、总黄酮含量,TOPSIS法进行综合评价.结果发现,120℃杀青2 min处理的兰州百合外观品质综合评分最高,为92.77分;110℃杀青2 min浸出物含量及百合多糖含量最高,分别为66.97%、21.13%,120℃杀青2 min的王百合苷A含量和120℃杀青4 min的总黄酮含量是CK处理的1.39倍和1.99倍,杀青处理的折干率、浸出物、百合多糖、王百合苷A和总黄酮含量均高于直接烘干.综合考虑,120℃杀青2 min后60℃干燥处理效果最优.说明不同杀青处理对兰州百合外观及内在质量影响较大,120℃杀青2 min后60℃烘干可作为兰州百合生产加工中的干燥方法.
Effects of Different Fixation Drying Treatments on the Quality of Lanzhou Lily
Based on the appearance and main quality indexes of Lanzhou lily after different fixation drying treatments,the suitable fixation methods were studied:it extracted after fixing by boiling water of 110℃and 120℃respectively,the samples were dried at 60℃,and cold soaked.The content of lilioside A was determined by HPLC,the content of lilioside polysaccharide and total flavonoids were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by TOPSIS analysis.The results showed that the appearance quality score of Lanzhou lily treated with 120℃for 2 min was the highest(92.77 points).The contents of extract and lily polysaccharide fixed by 110℃for two min were the highest,which were 66.97%and 21.13%respectively.The content of lilioside A fixed by 120℃for two min and the content of total flavonoids fixed by 120℃for four min were 1.39 times and 1.99 times higher than those directly drying treatment in 60℃.The drying rate,extract,lily polysaccharide,lilioside A and total flavonoids in fixation treatment were higher than those in direct drying treatment.The results of TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation showed that drying at 60℃after fixed by 120℃for two min was the best.Conclusion:Different fixation treatments have significant effects on the appearance and internal quality of Lanzhou lily,drying at 60℃after fixed by 120℃for two min can be used for the recommended drying method in Lanzhou lily actual production and processing.
