梭梭种子萌发对不同盐胁迫的响应特征

盐分是影响植物种子萌发和生长的重要因素.为掌握不同盐胁迫对梭梭种子萌发及生长的影响,以民勤县人工梭梭种子为试验材料,设置不同浓度NaCl、Na2SO4盐胁迫及KMnO4处理试验,测定梭梭种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、芽苗长度、鲜重等指标.结果表明,NaCl、Na2SO4盐胁迫对梭梭种子的萌发及生长有明显影响,梭梭种子对不同盐分的耐受浓度不同,NaCl的耐受浓度为4%,Na2SO4的耐受浓度为6%.KMnO4处理可将NaCl的耐受浓度提高到6%,且对NaCl胁迫的减轻作用强于Na2SO4,表明盐胁迫程度影响梭梭种子萌发,NaCl对梭梭种子萌发的抑制性较Na2SO4更强,KMnO4处理可以显著减轻NaCl胁迫对梭梭种子萌发的影响,为培育梭梭苗木和营造盐渍化土地梭梭林提供了科学依据.
Response Characteristics of Seed Germination of Haloxylon Ammodendron to Different Salt Stress
Salt is an important factor affecting the germination and growth of plant seeds.In order to master the effects of different salt stress on the germination and growth of haloxylon ammodendron seeds,taking the artificial H.ammodendron seeds in Minqin County as the test material,different concentrations of NaCl,Na2SO4 stress and KMnO4 treatment tests were set up to determine the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seedling length,fresh weight and other indicators of H.ammodendro.The results showed that NaCl and Na2SO4 salt stress had a significant effect on the germination and growth of H.ammodendro seeds.The tolerance concentration of H.ammodendro seeds to different salts was different.The tolerance concentration of NaCl was 4%,and the tolerance concentration of Na2SO4 was 6%.KMnO4 treatment can increase the tolerance concentration of NaCl to 6%,and the reduction effect of NaCl stress is stronger than that of Na2SO4,indicating that the degree of salt stress affects the germination of haloxylon ammodendron seeds.The inhibition of NaCl on the germination of haloxylon ammodendron seeds is stronger than that of Na2SO4·KMnO4 treatment can significantly reduce the effect of NaCl stress on the germination of H.ammodendro seeds,which provides a scientific basis for cultivating H.ammodendro seedlings and the construction of salinized soil haloxylon forest.
