摘要

为分析国内茉莉花的研究趋势,本文以中国知网(CNKI)数据库核心合集为数据来源,结合CiteSpace软件对2002~2021年与茉莉花有关的855篇中文期刊文献的发文作者、相关机构、关键词等内容进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱,探究茉莉花的研究发展和主题演化特征.结果显示:(1)茉莉花相关研究年均发文量逐年增多,发文机构大多集中在广西、福州等地科研院所及高校;(2)近年来主要以"myb转录因子"、"气象条件"、"蛋白纯化"、"原核表达"、"启动子活性"、"萜类合成酶"等方面研究为主;(3)茉莉花化学成分、提取工艺技术及产业发展正成为研究新热点,建议重视茉莉花研究,提高政府与企业合作,深度挖掘茉莉花研究价值.

Abstract

To further study the research trend of jasmine in China,this paper took the Chinese network(CNKI)database core collection as data source,combined with CiteSpace software,visually analyzed the authors,relevant institutions,keywords and other contents of 855 Chinese journal literatures related to jasmine from 2002 to 2021,and drew a mapping knowledge.Explored the jasmine research development and thematic evolution characteristics.The results showed that:(1)The average annual number of publications on jasmine-related studies increased year by year,most of the publishing institutions were local research institutes and universities in Guangxi and Fuzhou;(2)In recent years,jasmine research in China has mainly distributed in the scientific research value of jasmine,"Myb transcription factor","meteorological conditions",'protein purification','prokaryotic expression','promoter activity','terpenoid synthase'and other main keywords;(3)The chemical composition,extraction technology and industrial development of jasmine were becoming a new frontier research,It's suggested to strengthen the emphasis on jasmine flower research,improve government-business cooperation,and further realize the exploration of jasmine research value.
