甘肃省环境库兹涅茨曲线的检验分析

摘要
通过选取2005～2020年甘肃省经济增长与工业废水、废气及废弃物等经济和环境的数据,建立经济增长与主要污染物排放量之间的模型,应用计量经济分析方法探究甘肃省经济增长与环境污染两者之间的关系.结果表明,甘肃省工业废水排放量与人均GDP之间的关系为倒N型,且右部特征更为显著,废气排放量以及工业固体废弃物产生量与人均GDP的关系均为倒V型.因此,甘肃省应该进一步推动产业结构和能源消费结构调整,同时持续加强污染减排,以实现经济增长与环境质量的协调发展.
Abstract
By selecting economic and environmental dataof Gansu province from 2005 to 2020,specifically focusing on economic growth and indicators such as industrial wastewater,air emissions,and waste generation,establishing the model and exploring the relationship between economic growth and major environmental pollution by using econometric analysis methods..The findings reveal an inverted N-type relationship between industrial wastewater discharge and per capita GDP,with a more pronounced right side of the curve.The relationship between air emissions and per capita GDP,as well as the generation of industrial solid waste and per capita GDP,both exhibit an inverted V-type.Therefore,Gansu province should further promote the adjustment of its industrial structure and energy consumption patterns,and continue to strengthen pollution reduction,achieving the coordinated development of economic growth and environmental quality.
